Generals terms and conditions Ardèche Camping
When booking, you accept to comply with the internal rules of the campsite, as well as the below mentioned terms.
All bookings are named and cannot be transferred or sublet.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the completed and signed contract, sent with a down payment of 20% of the total amount of the stay + €20 booking fees for each reservation (including for several booked rentals), and after approval by the campsite management. A confirmation e-mail will inform you about the balance to be paid (except for possible changes after receipt of your contract). The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival, without any reminder.
Requests for modifications to your stay must be done in writing and will only be accepted
subject to availability.
You can inform us about your specific wishes for camping pitches or rentals, and to stay next to each other. These requests will be subject to availability. However, the campsite reserves the right to change plots for better planning management, in case of unforeseen events or temporary unavailability. The internal rules are displayed at the
campsite reception. In case of serious breach of the internal rules and if an early departure is required, the total amount of the stay must be paid. In case of disputes, only the civil court is competent.
For security reasons, minors unaccompanied by their parents will not be allowed to enter the campsite. Any person
entering the campsite is held to comply with the internal rules. In case of a breach, the manager or his representative may evict without notice.
You can take out cancellation insurance with our partner insurance company CampezCouvert or by contacting the FFCC. If you decide not to take out cancellation insurance, the down payment and paid sums will be kept by the campsite in case of cancellation and the balance must be paid. No refunds will be done to customers without
cancellation insurance. No refunds will be done for any stays shortened by customers. No reductions will be given in case of late arrivals or early departures and the total balance must be paid to the campsite. In case the campsite
cancels your stay, except for unforeseen events, the stay will be fully refunded. This type of cancellations cannot lead to any compensation.
Failing the full payment 30 days prior to arrival, the campsite reserves the right to consider the booking to be cancelled. The down payment will be kept by the campsite; the balance must be paid and will automatically be
debited in case of online bookings.
In case of a dispute, you can contact the mediation centre called Medicys: www.medicys.fr. – Please make sure you are covered for accidents or events related to your public liability.
Rentals are let for the indicated number of persons. If the number of persons exceeds the maximum capacity of the rental, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite for compliance and security reasons.
Pets must be vaccinated and tattooed. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Vaccination booklets and an anti-rabies certificate are compulsory. Dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to leave your dog alone in your rental or on your camping pitch. Pets may not sit on beds or sofas.
Borrowed material is subject to leaving a warranty deposit (copy of your credit card details).
On arrival, a copy of your credit card details will be made as a warranty deposit for the cleaning and inventory of your rental. It will be destroyed after the final check-up of your rental and after deduction of the possible costs for missing items, damage or insufficient cleaning before departure. Tourist tax for persons of +18 years: €0.60 per night and per person.
Booking fee: €20 per booking (rentals and camping pitches).
Eco participation of €0.30/adult/day.
In accordance with article L.121-19 of the French Consumer Code, the campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a set date or for a specific period is not subject to the provisions related to a two week delay of withdrawal.
Wearing tight swimwear at the pool is compulsory. Bathing shorts are prohibited. Children are under the surveillance of their parents or accompanying adult.
Visitors of campsite guests have no access to the water park. Visitors must register at the campsite reception on their arrival.
Prior to your arrival, our team makes a complete check-up of your rental. On arrival, you’ll have until the next day to inform us about any missing items, following the inventory list below. After this delay, we consider the rental to be complete. Upon departure before 10am, once your rental is emptied and vacated, a final check-up will be done with one of the campsite managers. Once you have finished the final cleaning, please come to reception to ask for the final check-up.
Sheets are not provided, they can be hired on site: €10 per set .

Our tariffs for rentals and camping pitches are mentioned including a VAT rate of 10%, applicable from the day they have been determined. Any later modifications of this VAT rate, occurring between the moment the tariffs have been set and final invoicing, will lead to consequential modifications of the price including VAT, which the customer
complies to accept.
Non-binding images and maps. From one rental to another, the layout, colours, etc. may be subject to change.
The customer expressly authorises the campsite, and without any compensation, to exploit and distribute on any type of media that may be used, whether digital or printed, the photos and/or videos that may be taken during the stay for the campsite’s advertising and communication needs. Any customer wishing to refuse the possibility of being photographed or filmed during their stay must inform the campsite in advance and in writing.
Wearing the bracelet (given to you on arrival) is MANDATORY on a permanent basis until the end of your stay. It gives access to the animations, swimming pools and contributes to reinforce the security in the establishment.
