Generals terms and conditions Ardèche Camping

Pitches Booking conditions:
After approval by phone or e-mail concerning our availabilities, you need to send back the signed contract with the down payment (20% of the total amount of your stay +20€ booking fee).
Then, the reception will send you a confirmation of your booking.
Subject to availability, you can indicate your choice for a camping pitch, rental or adjacent pitches.
The campsite reserves the right to change a customer’s pitch or rental for booking management reasons, in case of an act of god or for provisional unavailability.

When dou you need to pay your stay?
For a camping pitch: The customer pays the balance of his stay on the dayof arrival.
For a rental accomodation: The customerpays the balance his stay 30 days prior to his arrival.

No refunds are done for bad weather conditions.

Arrival and departure days are free to choose (bookings for a minimum of 7 nigths in July/ August).
-For camping pitches: Arrival at 1pm, departure at 12am.
-For rental accomodations: Departures between 8am and 10am and arrivals between 4pm and 8pm.

-In case we receive a written cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, the booking fees and the down payment will be kept by the campsite, as a compensation for breach of contract.
-In case we receive a written cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, all paid amounts will be kept by the campsite.

No reductions will be allocated in case of a late arrival or an early departure.
The campsite recommends you to take out cancellation insurance. In order to do so, you can contact your own insurance company, or Campez Couvert

Warranty deposit:
A warranty deposit of 150€ needs to be left at the reception, as well as a warranty deposit of 50€ for the cleaning.
These amounts will be handed back to the customer, by the end of his stay (after a final check-up upon departure).

Complaints concerning the rental accomodation must be notified within 24 hours after arrival.
For the final check-up upon departure, an appointment must be made at the reception, during the opening hours of the reception.
